RESERVATION & PAYMENT

Q: How do I reserve a session?
A: Simply email us with your preferred day and time. Please provide at least three options so we have some flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

Q: How do I book a photoshoot?
A: To secure your session, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at the end of your shoot before you leave.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

Q: What is the cancellation or rescheduling fee?
A: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will result in a forfeited deposit.

WARDROBE

Q: What should I bring to wear?
A: Bring a variety of options, including basics and pieces that reflect your personal style. When you arrive, we’ll go over your wardrobe choices together.

Q: Should I consult my agent before the shoot?
A: Yes! If you have representation, check with them about the types of photos they need for your casting.

Q: What are some recommended clothing options?
A: Every actor’s needs are different, but here are some versatile choices:

For Men:

• T-shirts (V-neck, crew neck, grey, black, and other colors)

• Jacket layers (leather, denim, cargo, hoodies, etc.)

• Dress shirts/button-downs (bring ties, suit jackets, or anything to change the look)

• Henleys or flannels

• Jeans or pants (that you’re comfortable being photographed in)

• Light sweaters

 

For Women:

• Tank tops (variety of straps)

• T-shirts (different cuts & colors)

• Dressy tops (for an elegant or “date night” look)

• Layers (blazers, leather jackets, denim jackets, hoodies, cardigans)

• Dresses with eye-catching tops

• Light sweaters

• Plaid shirts or flannels

• Jeans or pants (that you’re comfortable being photographed in)​

 

Q: Are there any special wardrobe considerations?
A: Yes! Please bring the appropriate undergarments for your outfits (e.g., nude bras, strapless bras, pasties, etc.).

HAIR & MAKEUP

Q: How should I arrive for hair and makeup?
A: Please come with your hair and makeup done as you normally wear it for castings or everyday life.

Q: Do you offer professional makeup services?
A: Yes! We recommend using one of our talented makeup artists. If you choose this option, arrive with a clean, moisturized face and no makeup for the best results.

AFTER YOUR SHOOT

Q: When will I receive my photos?
A: You’ll receive an email with a link to all your images within a week (usually within 3 days).

​

Q: How can I access my images?
A: You can download all your color-corrected photos in high resolution from the link provided.

​

Q: Retouching?
A: After selecting your final shots, email me the file names, and I’ll return your retouched images within a week. We highly recommend retouching for photos used for casting, agents, and websites—Rumi’s retouching will bring out your best!
