RUMI OYAMA

WRITER/DIRECTOR/EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Growing up in the mountains of Hiroshima, Japan, RUMI was surrounded by the beautiful nature in Japan. Four seasons of beauty. This authentic Japanese writer/director brings the true Japanese world and experience to the western audience throughout the journey of the characters in this story. Rumi has a bachelors in law from Chuo University (ivy league in Japan) and also has a successful career as a Broadway actress and choreographer. As a storyteller, she creates a perfect combination of words and art with a critical balance to create a powerful script/film to touch audiences.

JOSEPH PHAM

WRITER

Born and raised in Texas, JOSEPH joined the U.S. Marines straight out of high school. This gave him an incredible view of the world, being stationed in Hawaii, with missions across Asia. After this duty, he graduated with a bachelors in finance, and then lived and worked in New York. His life led him to live in Japan for four

years where he learned to fully understand the Japanese culture and its intricacies. His passion for the written word has driven him to write a few novels under a pseudonym.

BRIAN RUBIANO

PRODUCER

Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). He produced his 1st live show event at the Historic Stonewall Inn, a one night benefit show entitled The Color IZ. He is also one of the Post-Production Producer to a documentary entitled Amy’s Victory Dance by SpinKick Pictures and continues his collaboration with Brian Thomas by producing another feature documentary entitled FollowLeadLOVE by Transend’Daens. With his military career, experience with performing arts and healthcare plus his world travel and management experience, the obvious next step for him is to create a company that provides a platform for unconventional, non-traditional and creative projects which is Transend’Daens LLC (www.transenddaens.com) . He wants to be of service to the greater good of humanity through collaboration to various and diverse organizations and individuals and produce films of social and cultural relevance.

BRIAN THOMAS

CINEMATOGRAPHER

Emmy Nominated Choreographer for the Michael Jackson 's 30th Anniversary Special, Glam Winner for Best Music Video, and Commercial Photographer Brian Thomas has worked in all avenues of the biz over the past 25 years. Originally from Michigan, Brian moved to NYC in 1993 to pursue a commercial dance career. It didn't take him long to land his dream job the 1995 MTV music awards dancing beside MICHAEL JACKSON . After many years of touring with various artists as a dancer BT started teaching at the BROADWAY DANCE CENTER which launched his choreography career progressing to directing and photography. Brian's education in film/photography started at School of Visual Arts in NYC. He still studies there training under directors such as Bob Giraldi & Todd Stephens. His love of dance and film was obvious, which led him to directing music video's, short films, documentaries and commercials.
